This bath to shower conversion went exactly as described. The installers came on the appointed day ready to work. Demo was completed in half a day or so, and the build took the rest of the day. Water was turned off only for a brief period of time while the plumbing was getting worked on. The amount of noise/dust/disruption was minimal. The shower looks great, and hopefully it will last a long time. Thank you Dean and your crew!
